1stTrip – Travel Mat™ Ad Manager Terms of Service

Welcome to 1stTrip – Travel Mat™ Ad Manager (“Ads”). By creating or funding an ad account, you agree to these Terms.

1) What Ads Is

Self-serve, text-only local ads shown in 1stTrip → TM. Placement depends on the user’s mode (Planner / Live), filters, and your targeting (radius, hours, categories).

2) Accounts and Access
  • Auth: Passkeys only. No email logins, no password resets, no SMS codes.
  • Account creation: Your account is created automatically when you buy a Pack. That same Pack unlocks all services: Travel Mat™, Airport Transfers, Carry-on & Seat, and Ads Manager.
  • Password managers: Use Bitwarden (free), iCloud Keychain, or Chrome / Edge to store passkeys. If you lose access, restore from there. Support cannot reset logins.
  • Roles: Owner (billing), Manager (campaigns), Viewer (read-only). Resellers may manage client seats.
3) Campaigns
  • Format: text-only (≤ 150 chars) — business name, address, postal code, optional keyword(s). No logos / images.
  • Targeting: postal code + radius (up to 25 km urban / 60 km rural, variable by density), categories, Planner vs Live, and optional “open-hours only”.
  • Preview-as-shown: You must approve the exact preview before funding. Final sale.
  • Scheduling: delivery can be limited to opening hours; Planner may display during closed hours if you opt-in.
4) Pricing and Charging
  • Models: CPC & CPM. CPC = Base × Weekly Demand × (Event) with floor / cap; clicks ≤ $5. CPM has its own limits.
  • Transparency: Checkout & reports show Base, Weekly, Event, and clamps where applicable.
  • Billing: Pre-paid wallet. Charges deduct as impressions / clicks deliver.
  • Refunds: All sales final. Verified billing errors → usage-credit (no cash-out).
5) Integrity and Fraud
  • Protections: per-user caps, bot checks, pacing / rotation, invalid-activity quarantine.
  • Auto-credits: quarantined clicks auto-credit nightly when invalid-activity signals confirm.
  • Abuse: self-clicks, automation, spoofing, or manipulation → suspension / termination.
6) Delivery Rules
  • Relevance gate: Ads serve only when matching the user’s query / category and your chosen radius / mode.
  • Dynamic radius: Radius may contract in dense areas or expand in sparse zones to maintain useful local results.
  • Competition: Paid ads may push free listings lower; full paid inventory can hide free items for that query.
  • Kiosk: Screens / Kiosk views count CPM only; clicks disabled.
7) Content Standards
  • Allowed (adult retail shops only): Legal, licensed adult retail stores (sex-toy / lingerie boutiques) may advertise within applicable law.
  • Prohibited: sexual services, explicit content, exploitation, hate / harassment, weapons, illegal drugs, malware, surveillance gear, or unlawful claims.
  • Ad copy rules: no explicit acts / graphic terms; adult retail must show “18+” notice & accurate business name and address.
  • Compliance: Delivery limited to lawful jurisdictions; we may restrict / suppress ads to comply with local laws or safety rules.
  • Discretion: We may reject, limit, or remove any ad or landing page for policy / safety reasons.
8) Resellers and Seats
  • Seats: paid access to manage client sub-accounts; Owner / Manager controls billing and limits.
  • Bulk: TXT / CSV “Quick Forms” must be accurate; you confirm “final sale” before apply.
  • Offboarding: remove client access and stop spend when contracts end.
9) Reporting
  • Dashboards show delivery, CPC / CPM, spend, auto-credits, and top queries / categories.
  • Data is aggregated and may be delayed; user identities are never exposed.
10) Payments and Taxes
  • Payments processed via Stripe; local taxes / fees may apply.
  • Chargebacks may pause delivery until resolved and a valid method added.
11) Support
  • Self-serve: Guided Helper + How-Tos cover most questions.
  • Scope: We reply to billing errors, policy / eligibility questions, delivery anomalies, and abuse reports.
  • No access support: We cannot fix logins or reset passkeys — use your password manager. The computer says no.
  • No consulting: We don’t design creatives or manage campaigns.
  • Replies: appear in-account Support Inbox only — no email or SMS.
12) Privacy

See the 1stTrip → TM Privacy Policy. We minimize data, use session-only cookies for auth, and run no third-party trackers on planner pages. Ad reports are aggregated.

13) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, non-payment, or legal requirements. Wallet balances may be held during investigation; invalid-activity credits apply per Section 5.

14) Changes

We may update these Terms or pricing factors at any time. Material changes will be posted in-product and dated on this page.
