1stTrip – Travel Mat™ Ad Manager Terms of Service
Welcome to the 1stTrip – Travel Mat™ Ad Manager (“Ads”). By creating or funding an ad account you agree to these Terms.
1) What Ads Is
Self-serve, text-only local ads shown in 1stTrip → TM. Placement depends on the user’s mode (Planner/Live), filters, and your targeting (radius, hours, categories).
2) Accounts and Access
- Auth: Passkeys/WebAuthn; optional TOTP. No email logins.
- Checkout-first: An ad account is created after purchase/funding (or via an approved invite token).
- Roles: Owner (billing), Manager (campaigns), Viewer (read-only). Resellers may manage multiple client sub-accounts (“seats”).
3) Campaigns
- Format: text-only (≤150 chars), business name, address, postal code, optional keyword(s). No logos/images.
- Targeting: postal code + radius, categories, Planner vs Live, and optional “open-hours only”.
- Preview-as-shown: You must approve the exact preview before funding. Final sale.
- Scheduling: delivery can be limited to opening hours; the Planner may be visible during closed hours if you opt-in.
4) Pricing and Charging
- Models: CPC and CPM. CPC follows: Base × Weekly Demand × (Event) with floor/cap; clicks never exceed $5. CPM has its own floor/cap.
- Transparency: Checkout and reports display Base, Weekly, Event, and clamps where applicable.
- Billing: Prepaid wallet. Charges are deducted from impressions/clicks as delivered.
- Refunds: All sales are final. Duplicate charges or verified billing errors are credited as ad credits (no cash refunds).
5) Integrity and Fraud
- Protections: per-user caps, bot checks, pacing/rotation, and invalid-activity quarantine.
- Auto-credits: quarantined clicks are auto-credited nightly, where signals confirm invalid activity.
- Abuse: attempts to game delivery (such as self-clicks, automation, or spoofing) may result in suspension or termination.
6) Delivery Rules
- Relevance gate: Ads serve only when they match the user’s query/category and your chosen radius/mode.
- Competition: Paid ads can push free listings down; if paid inventory fills a page, free items may not show for that query.
- Kiosk: Screens/Kiosk views count CPM impressions only; no click events are available.
7) Content Standards
- Allowed (adult retail shops only): Legal, licensed adult retail stores (e.g., sex toy shops, lingerie boutiques) may advertise, subject to laws and platform rules.
- Prohibited: sexual services or facilitation, pornography/explicit content, exploitation or minors, non-consensual/illegal acts, hate/harassment, weapons/illegal drugs, malware/surveillance gear, or any unlawful product/claim.
- Ad copy rules (text-only): no explicit sexual acts or graphic terms; no imagery is accepted. Adult retail must include an age notice (e.g., “18+”) and accurate business name and address.
- Targeting and compliance: delivery is limited to lawful jurisdictions. We may restrict or suppress delivery to comply with local laws, safety rules, or age-sensitive contexts.
- Discretion: We may reject, limit, or remove any ad or landing page for policy or safety reasons, including local legal risks.
8) Resellers and Seats
- Seats: paid access to manage client sub-accounts; Owner/Manager controls billing and limits.
- Bulk: TXT/CSV “Quick Forms” must be accurate; you confirm “final sale” before applying.
- Offboarding: remove client access and stop spending when contracts end.
9) Reporting
- Dashboards show delivery, CPC/CPM, spend, auto-credits, and top queries/categories.
- Data is directional and may be delayed; we do not expose user identities.
10) Payments and Taxes
- Stripe processes payments; local taxes/fees may apply.
- Chargebacks may delay or prevent delivery until a new payment method is provided.
11) Support
- Guided Helper: brief in-product overview and links. Not a full knowledge base and not personalized support.
- Self-serve docs: see Ads Manager How-Tos and Legal & Policies for details.
- No live chat or email.
- Tickets (limited): use only for billing errors, passkey/access lockout, legal notices, or suspected invalid activity. We may close non-qualifying or duplicate tickets.
- When filing a ticket: include your ad account ID, transaction reference, campaign/preview ID, and relevant UTC timestamps.
12) Privacy
See the 1stTrip → TM Privacy Policy. We minimize data, use passkeys, and do not run third-party trackers in planner pages. Ad reports are aggregated.
13) Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, non-payment, or legal requirements. Wallet balances may be held during investigations; invalid-activity credits are applied in accordance with Section 5.
14) Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms or pricing factors at any time. Material changes will be posted in-product.
