Guest Contributions

Last updated: 2025-10-11

We publish a limited number of guest posts from professionals and experienced travelers. We value originality, practical detail, and reader usefulness. If accepted, your article enters our rotation and may be reshared over time.

What We Accept

  • Original work unpublished elsewhere (including your blog or social profiles).
  • Length: 600–1500 words. Below 600 or above 1500 will be declined.
  • Video (optional): 1 embed up to 6 minutes (YouTube or Vimeo) that adds value beyond the text.
  • Labels & Categorization: include 2–4 labels from cities, flights, hotels, packing, tips, gadgets, esim, transit, travelrules, ecotravel. Put our primary label first (e.g., cities, packing). We add guest automatically.
  • Outbound links: up to 3 total per article. Exactly one may be a dofollow link to your author profile, blog, or portfolio. Any remaining external links (venues/sources) may be converted to rel="nofollow" and will have tracking parameters removed. No affiliate or shortened links.
  • Images: hosted by Blogger for reliability. We will upload and rewrite image sources automatically.

Formatting & Images (Fastest Path)

  1. Open any Blogger editor (your personal blog is fine), write and format your article there.
  2. Upload your images in Blogger (drag & drop). Blogger will host them.
  3. Switch the editor to HTML view, copy the full HTML, and paste it into our submission form. You may also save the HTML to a .txt file and upload it.

We also accept files: .html, .docx, .md, or .txt. We convert them to clean HTML. PDFs are not accepted.

Editorial & Monetization

  • We retain editorial control over titles, formatting, captions, and compliance edits.
  • Our Amazon/partner placements live in the article and cannot be removed or replaced.
  • We may convert external links to rel="nofollow" and remove tracking parameters.

Outbound Links & Attribution

  • 1 dofollow link reserved for your author’s profile/blog/portfolio — declare it in your submission. We may verify ownership.
  • Up to 2 additional external links to venues/authoritative sources; these may be set to rel="nofollow" and will have tracking parameters removed.
  • No affiliate/referral parameters or link shorteners (e.g., bit.ly, t.co, lnk.bio). Such links will be stripped or rejected.

Rights & Redistribution

  • By submitting, you confirm you own full rights to all text, images, and video included in your article or have obtained written permission from the rightful owner.
  • You grant 1stTrip → Travel Mat™ / Preneur.Pro LLC a perpetual, worldwide license to host, display, and redistribute your work across our sites and social channels, including scheduled re-posts over a rolling 15-month window.
  • Liability: If any portion of your submission infringes another party’s copyright or other rights, you accept full responsibility for that material. You agree to indemnify 1stTrip → Travel Mat™ / Preneur.Pro LLC against any resulting claims, damages, or legal costs.

How to Submit
