1) Privacy Policy

1stTrip → TM operates without user accounts, email logins, or stored personal data. After a plan is generated or downloaded, no identifying information is retained on our systems. We collect only the minimal data required to operate (usage logs, device fingerprints, and purchase metadata). We simply do not collect personal data, so we cannot possibly sell them.

• Payments: Processed by Stripe; card data never touches our servers.
• Analytics: Planner pages use basic traffic and fraud-prevention telemetry only — no third-party trackers.
• Hosting and Delivery: Pages are hosted on Google Blogger (Google LLC) and served globally via the Cloudflare edge network. Data may be processed in the EU or U.S., but no personal identifiers (name, email, phone, or address) are collected or stored.
• Access: Passkeys only (WebAuthn); no email logins or password resets.
• Retention: Inactive accounts deleted after 24 months; support tickets follow the same schedule.

2) Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and deliver plans securely. Optional cookies may be set by analytics you explicitly opt into or by affiliate partners you click. Block non-essential cookies in your browser any time.

3) Terms of Use (Short)

• Tools are provided “as is”; no live prices or fares.
• You must verify carrier rules, dimensions, and conditions before travel.
• Free preview only; paid tiers allow downloads and calendar sync.
• No scraping, reselling, or automated bulk export beyond plan limits.

4) FTC and Affiliates

As an Amazon Associate, we may earn commissions from qualifying purchases. This does not change your price.

Some outbound links are Amazon Special Links that include our Associate ID. When Amazon OneLink or OneTag is active, Amazon may redirect you to your local marketplace.

5) Anti-Spam and Contact

1stTrip → TM does not use email or SMS for customer contact. If you receive such messages, ignore them and report to the provider or authority.

In-house Support Desk: All support is handled through our built-in system (no external ticketing). Replies appear only in your signed-in Support Inbox and are deleted under the same retention period as your account. See the Support Desk — Use & Privacy Policy for details.

Support scope: Billing errors, policy or eligibility questions, delivery anomalies, and abuse reports.

No access support: We cannot reset, email, or text login codes. Use your passkey or restore from your password manager. The computer says no.

Legal notices only (e.g., DMCA, court orders): Submit through the Support Center link in the page header (legal channel). No email attachments accepted.

6) DMCA

We respond only to properly formatted DMCA notices meeting 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Notices must be submitted via the Support Center (legal channel). Incomplete or emailed claims are ignored.

9) Refunds and Billing

• All purchases are self-serve and non-refundable.
• No refunds for unused credits, expired packs, or change of mind.
• Duplicate or verified billing errors: credited as usage credits to your 1stTrip → TM account (not cash refund).

10) Travel Rules and Borders

1stTrip → TM may display border or visa rules (e.g., EU Entry/Exit System). These are informational only and may change without notice. Always verify with official authorities before travel.

We do not guarantee accuracy of third-party data. Use for planning only.

11) ShareKit™ — Disclosure

Preneur.Pro → ShareKit™ is our original, scriptless sharing module. It does not track users or load third-party scripts. Any similarity to other projects is limited to common industry UI patterns and standard Web Share API behavior.
