Terms of Service

Welcome to 1stTrip – Travel Mat™ (1stTrip → TM). By using 1stTrip → TM, you agree to these Terms. 1stTrip → TM is provided “as is”.

1) What 1stTrip → TM Is

1stTrip → TM is a planning tool that suggests local options and routes to save you time. It does not guarantee accuracy, availability, legality, or suitability of listings, routes, or prices.

Informational use only. You must verify hours, rules, directions, prices, and safety information with official sources before taking any action. 1stTrip → TM does not provide legal, medical, or professional advice.

2) Scope

These Terms cover the planner (web/PWA) and read-only Screens/Kiosk views of 1stTrip → TM. Advertising purchase terms are covered separately in the Ads Manager Terms.

3) Your Responsibilities

  • Verify details with official sources (carriers, venues, authorities).
  • Follow local laws (road rules, equipment, customs/visa).
  • Emergencies: use local emergency numbers. 1stTrip → TM is not an emergency service.

4) Features with Notices

  • Country driving kits: general guidance only. Not legal advice.
  • Budget estimates: indicative only; actual costs vary.
  • Emergency and Health Finder: informational only; contact providers directly.
  • Planner caching: saved plans may display cached results until expiry; new lookups fetch fresh data.

5) Accounts and Access

  • Checkout-first signup: Your account is created after buying a usage Pack. No sign-ups without payment.
  • Auth: Passkeys only (WebAuthn). No email logins, no resets, no SMS codes. Use Bitwarden, iCloud Keychain, Chrome, or Edge to store/restore your passkey. Support cannot reset logins.
  • Continue service: Top up or purchase another pack when credits expire to keep access.
  • Idle lock: Sessions may auto-lock for security.

The computer says no.

6) Usage and Credits

Fresh lookups outside a saved plan may use additional credits per your plan. Saved plans reopen recent results without extra credits until expiry. Credits are non-refundable.

7) Payments, Credits, Refunds, and Chargebacks

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes/fees may apply.
  • All sales are final. Duplicate or verified billing errors are credited to your 1stTrip → TM account as usage credits (no cash refunds).
  • Chargebacks or suspected fraud may suspend the account until resolved with a valid payment method.

8) Support & Inbox

  • Scope: billing errors, policy/eligibility questions, delivery anomalies, and abuse reports.
  • No access support: We cannot reset, email, or text login codes. Use your saved passkey or restore it from your password manager. The computer says no.
  • Replies: appear in your in-account inbox only. No email or SMS support.

In-house Support Desk: 1stTrip → TM uses its own built-in support system (no email, no external ticketing). All messages stay within your signed-in session and are automatically deleted under the same retention schedule as your account. See the Support Desk — Use & Privacy Policy for full details.

9) Inactive and Abandoned Accounts

No payment, no account: if checkout is abandoned without payment, no account is created and no personal sign-up data is retained.

Fraud prevention: minimal anti-fraud telemetry (e.g., card/device/IP fingerprints and timestamps) may be retained for 90–180 days. This excludes personal or payment data and is used solely for security.

Inactive Accounts

  • Suspend after 60 days: inactivity may suspend access; sign in to reactivate.
  • Delete after 24 months: inactive accounts and associated data (including support tickets) are deleted, except minimal security logs retained by law.
  • Activity definition: a successful sign-in and planner or account action (e.g., lookup, save, pack purchase).
  • Credits: expire when the account is deleted. Credits are non-refundable.
  • Privacy: session cookies only; no third-party trackers.

10) Third-Party Links and Listings

1stTrip → TM may link to third-party services (e.g., transport operators, retailers). Prices and policies are controlled by those providers. 1stTrip → TM is not responsible for third-party content or services.

11) Acceptable Use

No scraping, reverse engineering, abusive queries, or bulk exports beyond plan limits. Do not interfere with service integrity or security.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1stTrip → TM and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use or reliance. Use is at your own risk.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material updates are posted in-app and may require re-acceptance. Continued use after updates means acceptance.

14) ShareKit™

Preneur.Pro → ShareKit™ is our scriptless sharing module. It does not track users or use remote libraries. Use of ShareKit™ is subject to Legal and these Terms.

Technical Appendix

  • No remote scripts, beacons, or analytics calls.
  • No cookies; optional localStorage for rotating hashtags.
  • Uses standard intent URLs and Web Share API.
  • Keyboard accessible; ESC and click-outside close the panel.
